As an organisation, individual online courses may not be for you. What you may well need are packages of courses, so you can train a group of staff, all at once, but without the additional costs of taking all the staff off rota for two or three days of in-person training. Instead, all your staff can do the same course at once, but in the freedom of their own time or when their individual rotas allow. This is the most cost effective way of delivering training and then we will add a group discount on top!
